Potentially the worst bar in D.C.

So, I have been to SOTW many times and I'm thinking about never going back ever again. The only thing the bar has going for itself is its central location. The staff stinks; they are not friendly or helpful, and even though the place has several TVs and a projection screen, it's a terrible place to watch a sports event. The nail in the coffin for me was on a Monday night where they closed up at 11:30pm. I was there grabbing a drink with a friend, and they had last call at 11:30 and closed up shortly thereafter. And it wasn't even a case of there not being anyone there. There were 2 guys seated at the bar, and at least 7 others seated around the place (excluding my friend and I). I realize that it's a Monday night and that it's not super busy, but 11:30pm??? Really?
